In response to the need to limit potential virus spread and provide the greatest possible safety for our patients and staff, Consultative Health and Medicine provides Telehealth visits as a care option. Although we are still visiting our patients in their residential communities, we are utilizing synchronous audio-visual technology for some of our routine, acute, and follow-up care.

With the help of the nursing staff at our partner facilities, we are able to check in on patients in a convenient, timely, and safe manner, and also offer video conferences with family members and the NP/MD team to review your loved one’s healthcare needs and medical treatment plan.
